We had a general idea of what we wanted and had some expectations of what it would look like in the end. Ben has far exceeded our expectations on so many levels. He has worked harder than I’ve seen anyone work to get it done for us. We went on vacation while he was working and were BLOWN away when we came back to see what he had done. He is always thinking and making decisions that improve on what you might have wanted. This project has increased our property value by much more than we ended up paying him, and will enjoy for the remainder of our time in the house. Ben was very skilled with his backhoe machine. He moved and nested the large rocks into place like a true artisan. Ben started my project and stayed on the job until the project was completed. I was very pleased with his fair and competitive price. We had an easement problem with a sewer cover and frame. He solved the problem quickly snaking the wall around the easement, resolving the problem.
I’m very pleased and satisfied with my two tier seventy five foot retaining walls. Well done Prime Rock.

I purchased a new home in Kelowna the summer of 2017, I contacted Ben shortly after the purchase about him building a fairly large two tier rock wall along the entire lower side of the property. By the late fall of 2017, Ben had built us a beautiful retaining wall.
It ended up being nice enough that our neighbour also hired Ben to construct a similar retaining wall for them.
Ben was courteous, timely, reasonable, neat and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for any of your rock wall needs.

We had a wall that was installed by a previous company that needed to be moved to allow for the installation of our pool. Ben was on time and on budget and the wall looked ten times nicer than the pre-existing one. All of our neighbours commented on how much better it looked. The wall was installed two years ago and we have had zero issues.
